The Pasta Tree

$25.00

The Pasta Tree, written and illustrated by Denbigh Sale is a delightful story about an Emu called Mango and a little boy called Nino. They meet and travel to some iconic Australian places including The Devil’s Marbles, Uluru and The Great Barrier Reef.  Up in the clouds where they made some friends an angel told them “if you extend your spaghetti ladder, you might arrive in Italy – the country of Nino’s birth.”  On the way Mango told Nino “If it’s nighttime in Australia, then it’s daytime in Italy. They visit Rome, Sienna and Venice – “What strange city!” cried Mango, all the streets are made of water.” In Pisa Mango sees the leaning tower. “I must hold it up before it falls,” said Mango.
