Denbigh Sale is an artist and author. Denbigh was a tutor for 18 years at Sydney’s Waverley Woollahra Arts Centre, in watercolour, figure drawing, pastel and pastels/mixed media.

Her beautifully illustrated books tell stories about people, animals and places. “The Pasta Tree” tells a delightful story of a little boy called Nino and an Emu called Mango who travel to iconic places in Australia. After creating a spaghetti ladder, they travel to Italy, the country of Nino’s birth.

Denbigh is presently producing a second children’s book about a Googling Roo from Wallabadoo – soon to be released.
